How 306 works

In this invitation-only program, a hand-selected group of high-performing and high-potential leaders meet four times over sixteen months. Each multi-day session goes deep on one of four core questions that define performance at the top.

Participants arrive prepared with eight to sixteen hours of pre-work per session - including a book, curated research, and structured reflection questions.

Every conversation goes deeper than anything you have had at a conference because everyone in the room did the work to get there.
